The currency rules are defined only once, and for all. They set the parameters under which the currency will perform: universal dividend calculation, the amount of certifications needed to become a member, the maximum amount of certifications a member can send, etc.<br/><br/>The parameters cannot be modified because of the use of a <span class="text-italic">Blockchain</span> which carries and executes these rules, and constantly verifies their correct application.
